A space-saving hedge plant for sun or shade!Meet Stonehenge Skinny yew - the narrowest, most space-saving evergreen around. It takes up a mere 1'/30.5cm square of ground space and grows as a lush, dense column of soft, evergreen foliage. It maintains its handsome, deep green color all year round, and is festooned with bright green in spring when the new growth emerges. It's a hard-working evergreen for landscapes and gardens of all types, and it's the perfect alternative to narrow Japanese hollies like 'Sky Pencil' for gardeners in cold climates.

Tolerates full sun to full shade. Plant in average, well-drained soil. Thanks to its very narrow, upright habit, regular pruning is not needed. Branches may be selectively removed if desired. Note that yew is not deer resistant and can sustain substantial damage in areas where deer pressure is high.
