True to its name, this late-season peach produces colossal 3–3¾" white-fleshed fruit with creamy skin covered in a striking red blush. The sweet, low-acid flavor and freestone flesh make it excellent for fresh eating, baking, and canning. Fruit holds its firmness well in cold storage, making it ideal for shipping and extended enjoyment. Self-fertile and moderately resistant to bacterial spot.
Plant in full sun and fertile, well-drained soil. Water deeply and regularly during establishment and fruit development, especially during dry periods. Prune annually in late winter or early spring to maintain an open canopy, and fertilize in early spring to support vigorous growth and fruit production.
