Large purple disks balance on a ruffle of yellow rays in late summer into the fall months. Puple-headed Sneezeweed love water and should be planted in a moist, sunny location for best performance. Deer resisant and loved by butterfles this is a great addition to rain gardens or swampy meadows.

Plant in full sun along streams or ponds, can be used in rain gardens or swampy meadows. Does not handle dry soils so make sure to have plenty of water available. A good option to do the Chelsea Chop in early May to encourage3 branching and more blooms in the summer.
