This cross between Acer rubrum & Acer Saccharinum will knock your socks off with its combination of solid structure, attractive form & amazing fall color. It combines well the habit of Acer rubrum with the fast growth and adaptable nature of Acer saccharinum. Its leaves are deeply cut, medium green for most of the season then change to brilliant red in the fall.

Fertilize yearly with an organic fertilizer. Prune in winter to clean up any broken branches and to remove crossing branches.
