Growing & Maintenance Tips for Dahlia 'Yellow Glory'
Dahlias grow best in full sun, moist well-drained soils. They can handle a partly shaded landscape but too much shade can reduce the number of blooms and cause weaker stems. Dahlias can be dug in fall after a frost and if protected from freezing the bulbs can be planted again the next year. OVER WINTERING INSTRUCTIONS: Dig tubers before the ground freezes, typically after the first hard frost. Rinse off dirt and let dry completely, they will need good air circulation and be free of soil, store loosely in a paper bag or plastic crate in a dark cool area that does not freeze. The tubers can be planted again the spring after the last frost.
