Lockwood's Greenhouses

Today Lockwood's Greenhouses is known as a destination garden center, and even a draw for tourists. People travel to see it—sometimes by the busload—because they've heard "it's so beautiful!" or because they know about the unusually large plant selection. Nearly all the annuals are grown on premises, carefully tended by the year-round growing staff, and people have learned that a Lockwood's basket or Lockwood's plant will have been cared for lovingly until it reached the exit sign. Some come to Lockwood's for the tasteful and artistic gifts in the retail shop (open from mid-March through December annually).
