I am originally from Texas but now live here in lovely CT. I started at Prides in the shipping department five years ago and quickly caught the plant bug. I quickly transferred to sales and got my nursery professional accreditation from CNLA. I love working at Prides for many reasons. This industry is filled with so many down to earth people who are passionate about what they do and are truly a unique bunch. I learn from my customers every day. I love getting to know these folks and helping them get the best plant material possible.  With a live and constantly changing inventory, this can be a challenge but one I enjoy greatly.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors swimming, fishing, or hiking. In the winter I like playing board and card games with my family and friends and go ice skating with my two kids. I love to cook and am addicted to all foods Mexican just as any proud Texan should be.
