'Blackout' is a clump-forming, coral bells hybrid that is noted for its glossy, rounded, nearly black leaves that remain dark throughout the growing season. Excellent vigor, good tolerance of heat as well as sun or shade, traits which make this almost a "grow anywhere" sort of perennial.
